Returns

At Castaway Outdoors we recognise that buying online can be hard; lures are bigger or smaller than expected or reel is bigger or smaller than expected etc. We try and ensure that every customer that shops at Castaway Outdoors is satisfied every time you associate with us.

We have a 30-day return policy, where within the first 30 days of receiving your product, if you change your mind you are eligible to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it as, new, unworn, with tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase will also be required. Return postage to us in on the buyer.

Once you a ready to start the return process, you can contact us at [email protected] and we will assist you in finalising the return.

Damages and Issues

Upon arriving of the order, we encourage customers to inspect their items and immediately contact us if there is a defect in the item, wrong item or a damaged item so we can assist you in sorting it out quickly.

Unfortunately, we require you to send us an email with an attachment of proof of purchase within the first week of product arriving otherwise a fee will be issued if there is a defect in the item, wrong item or a damaged item.

Exception/Non-Returnable Items

Sadly, we cannot accept returns for items that are on sale or gift cards.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product, the quickest way to get what you want is to return the product and let us know what product you would like to get instead.

Refunds

If you have requested a refund we will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be refunded within 10 business days, and if more than 15 business days have passes since we have approved, please contact us at [email protected]. Please remember that your bank takes time to process the refund as well and put the money into your account.
